Must be/have:

28' minimum, bigger is fine

8.5' wide

Bumper Pull

Must have good cabinets 

Must be good shape 

If it is fully loaded with accessories, generator, etc. that is even better.  Do not care about dings or dents.  Do not really care about the year either as long as it is in good shape.  No roof leaks, no major issues, no major damage.  

Looking to spend around the 10k range, obviously under that is a major bonus!
